Nick is a triathlon coach with SuperFly Coaching and a USA Cycling Level III Coach. Aside from coaching he has personally competed in endurance sports for over 10 years. For as long as he has been involved in sport he has been inviting and helping others get active and achieve their goals – even hosting weekend long runs out of his home to help beginners and veterans alike. Over the years of coaching runners and triathletes, as well as competing himself, he has learned quite a bit about nutrition, training, and goal setting for all types of athletes. He is passionate about coming alongside any athlete and helping them achieve their goals – be that run their first 5k or complete an Ironman.
